SCHOTT successfully places digital Schuldschein via DEBTVISION

SCHOTT AG, Mainz, has placed a Schuldschein for the first time via a digital platform. The internationally leading technology group in the fields of special glass and glass ceramics has chosen DEBTVISION GmbH, Stuttgart, as its partner. The interest of more than 120 institutional investors was so huge that the EUR 30 million Schuldschein was signed within 24 hours. “We were positively surprised that the transaction had already been oversubscribed several times after two days in the current volatile market environment – and at very favorable conditions,” emphasizes SCHOTT CFO Dr. Jens Schulte. The loan has a term of three years.
